Does the Cream of Wheat Diet Work or Not?
Most of the fiber is stripped away during the processing of Cream of Wheat, so you will need to add more fiber to your diet. There are those who claim that using this diet will work, but others claim that in the stripping process, it becomes a fast carbohydrate burner, so you burn off fat slower through the day. There is no real evidence this diet works, but there is no evidence it doesn’t either.
