Soul Mystery

I AM! I AM!

Words of soul and words of mystery. This article is about Mystery and Soul. It is about unraveling who you are from the great mysteries. I AM is a vibration! You may feel the soul of the I AM. You can feel the vibration of the I Am as you become receptive, and open to the All that will lead you to I AM. I AM is of the highest vibration. At it’s highest vibration, I AM is ONE, the Universal Energy, the Hologram of Love. This is the Ultimate experience of your being.

My cultural inclination is to begin with a definition of soul mystery. However, I know that to define this term is to immediately dismember it. It is sort of like spirit - what is it? Yet, we know when we have spirit and we know when we are being soulful. And we know when we experience the information that comes from mystery unraveling. The mystery is in the journey of seeking; and then healing,
recollecting, and transforming ourselves. Is there a right way to do this? Many would like us to think so. My answer is a resounding NO.

I have been exposed to many philosophies and spiritual traditions over the years. There are the spiritual traditions of the Incans, Christianity, Buddhism, and yoga, and on and on. Is there a common denominator or core to these paths? My answer is YES. In short, we can become whole and soulful as we live our lives with the purpose of healing, contributing and understanding from whence we have come, and whence we are going.

As Prechtel says in Secrets of the Talking Jaguar,
“the Gods gave us life so that we could remember them. All of our rituals in the village, whether personal or public, were memory feasts for the spirits.”

Another version of this is that to be enlightened is to lead a normal, full, alive life. That is, there is a realization that we are both special and not special; that we are truly one with the Universe at our highest vibration.

From whence did we come? My sense of the common denominator of all of these philosophies is that we came from energy, and that in this human form, we are made of dense energy. Of course, spirit embodied is a denser energy and our task is to remove as many dense energies as we can in order to maintain the highest frequency possible.

Some speak of this in terms of healing. Barbara Marciniak and others believe that we come from wounded ancestors, and that we are here for healing these wounds. Clearly, for me, we carry the collective wounds of the past and we lighten as we choose to do healing, transformative work. As we continue on our path, we can remove dense energies and collect our wounded parts that we gave up in order to take on the dense energy. As we collect these lost parts and as we have increased ability to be fully energetic beings, we take on a fuller sense of wholeness.

In psychological terms, the parts of our being/psyche work together smoothly with complete ownership of all of our parts. In my wholeness, I flow and feel my soul energizing me. In my soulfulness, I feel whole. To live is to be the opposite of evil. Evil is “live” spelled backwards. To live, I feel fully connected to my innermost energies and how my energies connect with the ALL.

To again quote Prechtal, “life didn't’t come from people, it came from spirit.” I move to the Great Mystery and I become more soulful as I touch and feel Spirit. I become more soulful as I understand that I am a conduit for Spirit.

Possibly, some reflections from my own journey might be useful. Recently, I completed the STAR Process training program by taking a trip to Mexico with Sandy Corcoran and Lynne Stewart-White. My first impressions were that this is a place of poverty, struggle, and lack of refinement. As I experienced the people and their ways, I touched a sense of magic, a sense of caring, and a sense of song. I had extraordinary experiences and it became clear to me that transcendental forces touch us in literal ways. It is in the touching of us that we feel the transcendental energies, that we are moved emotionally, and then we may be able to give words to the experience. And we may not.

We visited a healer who did something to me and to this day, I could not begin to tell you what happened. I can tell you that upon the completion of this mysterious experience, I began to cry and I have felt a sense of wholeness since then that I could not describe in words. Truly, it is a mystery to me. Yet, I was literally touched. Great Mystery came to me as I was opened and Great Mystery continued the opening of my movement to re-experience and recollect.

Life has not been the same for me since this trip. Whence are we going? Light is part of many of our spiritual traditions. Barbara Brennan has written a book on the Hands of Light. Energy concepts are everywhere- Charismatic Christianity to Chakra work. There is sound therapy, aromatherapy, and in a recent periodical, Mickey Hart speaks of the soulfulness of drumming. Animals are part of the Native American and other traditions. We are well advised to learn from our animal nature, our animal collective knowledge, and to see the power of our instinctive intuition. And we are well advised to take on the healing path in whatever way we see fit; as it allows us to heal, to recollect, and to raise our vibrational levels. This is not an act of self-indulgence as some would have us believe. These are not acts to overthrow our culture of consumerism and acquisition.

The mystery is that these acts, if they occur in transcendental form, have no attached outcome. However, these acts come in the nature of identifying our wounds and being healing. Real love is enhancing one another, honoring and creating for all of our relationships, and living in congruence with the ALL. As we do this, we indeed become whole and soulful. We are alive, we are excited, and we have become emotional beings in connection with the ONE. And we are Spirit embodied moving toward the highest vibrations possible. You become a true seeker when you are the explorer of the Great Mysteries. May light and love surround you as you explore the path that leads you to inner and outer knowledge.

May light and love surround you as you understand that everything in the world has a life, and that life is truly connected - past, present, and future. I have been told that the Native Americans have an expression that goes “to all of my relations, the two-leggeds, the four leggeds, and the winged ones.”

Where is the intersection this energy in you? How many paths will you experience as you seek Mystery and Soul? How might you explore the great Mystery? How might the minerals, plants, animals, and other beings speak to you? May wholeness and soul be your guiding light. As you experience the transcendental energies in literal form and feeling, may your healing allow higher vibrations to affect those around you. I believe that you indeed will find the journey to be exceptional, exciting, and moving. Your emotional well being will enhance your physical and Spiritual unfolding. You will then have the opportunity to allow the gods and goddesses to remember you, and for you to remember them. I close with a saying dear to my heart. “God is the one with a thousand names.” May Soul Mystery be your golden light.
