Fees for Marketing Coop

A retainer contract is required.

Fees are payable on the 24th day of the next three months.

Monthly retainer covers the services outlined on the prior pages. Any other services are billed separately.

Deposit of $99.99 is required for out-of-pocket expenses. Out of pocket expenses will be invoiced separately for faxes, postage, long distance calls, etc.

Minimum participation is 3 months.
Contract can be re-negotiated after 3 months.

An 11% (eleven percent) commission on sales generated from the HEALL Marketing Cooperative are payable monthly on the 24th.

Marketing Program Options:

Option #1
Full Participation in International Quarterly Marketing Program:

Monthly Retainer fee of $399.99 per month per client.

One time fee of $99.99 to create web pages for Press Room section of HEALL website.

Option #2
On-line Marketing Coop for Products and Services on HEALL's website:

Monthly fee of $39.99 for 5 pages on the HEALL website for a minimum of 3 months. Discounts for semi-annual and annual prepayment are available. Benefits and details of the marketing coop:

Weekly progress and activity reports will be sent via e-mail to the client and the cooperative for feedback. Weekly calendars of PR activities will be sent via e-mail, reflecting scheduled individual and group activities or opportunities.

Each coop member will have the opportunity to tailor the PR program to his or her needs.

Benchmarks and measurement devices to track results will be employed for monthly reporting to the coop members via e-mail.

Information and resources pertinent to individual group goals will be freely shared, including Media Databases, leads, etc.

It is projected that 30-120 days are required to secure media appearances, depending on the venue.

Projected start date of February 1999.

1. Prepayment Discount for yearly participation = $22 month x 12 $264

2. Prepayment Discount for 6 month participation = $29 per month x 6 $261

3. Prepayment Discount for 3 month participation = $39.99 per month x 3 $119.97
