Words of soul and words of mystery. Words that say WHO ARE YOU? What do you consist of? Where have you been and where are you going? What cleanses, what heals, and what allows you to move to the light? Your answers come from the great mysteries. I AM is the highest of vibrations! You feel the soul and vibration of the I AM as you become receptive and open to the All. The ALL will lead you to I AM. I AM is of the highest vibration. At it's highest vibration, I AM is ONE, the Universal Energy, the Hologram of Love. This is the Ultimate experience of your being.

Let's begin with a definition of soul mystery. Yet, to define this term is to immediately dismember it. It is sort of like spirit - what is it? Yet, you know when you have spirit and you know when you are being soulful. You know when you are reaching higher and higher vibrations. And you know your experience of mystery unraveling. The mystery is in the journey of seeking; receiving powerful information that you feel in your cellular structure. Then you may use this powerful information to cleanse, heal, recollect lost soul pieces, and transform yourself.

Is there a right way to do this? Many would like us to think so. My answer is a resounding NO. I have been exposed to many philosophies and spiritual traditions over the years. Is there a common denominator or core to these paths? My answer is YES.

You can become whole and soulful as you live your life with the purpose of healing, contributing, understanding, and transforming - as you move to higher vibrations. From whence have you come, and whence are you going? As Prechtel says in Secrets of the Talking Jaguar, “the Gods gave us life so that we could remember them. All of our rituals in the village, whether personal or public, were memory feasts for the spirits.”

You are here to live a full, alive life; to know that your journey is to heal and expand. That is, there is a realization that you are both special and not special; that you are one with the Universe. You are clearly a piece of the All, the I AM. From whence did you come? My sense is that you came from the highest of the high, and that in this human form, you are made of dense energy. Of course, spirit embodied is a denser energy, and your task is to remove as many dense energies as you can.

As you remove dense energy, you move to a higher frequency or vibration. Some speak of this in terms of healing energies. Barbara Marciniak and others believe that you come from wounded ancestors, and that you are here for healing these wounds. Clearly you carry the collective wounds of the past, and you move to a higher vibration as you choose to do healing, transformative work.

As you continue on your path, you can remove dense energies and collect your wounded soul parts - the parts replaced by the dense energy. As you collect these lost parts and as you have increased ability to be a fully energetic being, you take on a fuller sense of wholeness.

In psychological terms, wholeness implies that the parts of your being/psyche work together smoothly with complete ownership of all parts. In my own sense of wholeness, I flow and feel my soul energizing me. In my soulfulness, I feel whole. To fully live, I feel fully connectd to my innermost energies and how my energies connect with the ALL. To again quote Prechtal, “life didn't come from people, it came from spirit.”

I move to the Great Mystery and I become more soulful as I touch and feel Spirit. I become more soulful as I understand that I am a conduit for Spirit.

Possibly, some reflections from my own journey might be useful. Recently, I completed the STAR Process (Soul Transmission and Repatterning) training program with Sandy Corcoran and Lynne Stewart-White. In taking a guided trip to Mexico, my first impressions were that this was a place of poverty, struggle, and lack of refinement.

As I experienced the people and their ways, I touched a sense of magic, a sense of caring, and a sense of song. I had extraordinary experiences, and it became clear to me that transcendental forces can touch us in literal ways. It is in the touching that I felt the transcendent energies, that I was moved emotionally, though I could not give words to the experience.

We visited a healer who performed a ritual healing. To this day, I could not begin to say what happened. Upon the completion of this mysterious experience, I began to cry and I was filled with a new, indescribable sense of wholeness. Truly, it is a mystery to me. I was literally touched by something greater than myself. Great Mystery came to me as I was opened up. Great Mystery continued my opening to re-experience and recollect my wounded and lost soul parts. I have sensed and experienced an expansion of wounds, healing, and emotions. Life has not been the same.

Whence are you going? Light and energy are part and parcel of our spiritual traditions. Barbara Brennan has written a book entitled the Hands of Light. Energy and light concepts are everywhere - from Charismatic Christianity to Chakra work. There is chi, ki, prana, ka, and fay. There is sound therapy, aromatherapy, working with animals and animal totems. Take the healing path in whatever way you see fit; as it allows you to heal, to re-collect, and to raise your vibrational levels. If in fact, you are here for healing and removing dense energy, this is not an act of self indulgence, as some would have us believe. You indeed are responding to the holographic nature of moving toward higher vibration - working with Soul and Mystery. The mystery is that this movement, if it occurs in transcendental form, has no attached outcome. This movement to the light comes in the nature of identifying wounds and being healing - loving of the highest magnitude. Real love is enhancing one another, honoring and creating for all of your relationships, and living in congruence with the ALL.

As you do this, you indeed become whole and soulful. You are alive, you are excited, and you have become an emotional being in connection with the ONE. You are Spirit embodied, moving toward the highest vibrations possible. You become a seeker when you are the explorer of the Great Mysteries.

May light and love surround you as you explore the path that leads to inner and outer knowledge. May light and love surround you as you understand that everything has a life, and that life is truly connected - past, present, and future. I have been told that the Native Americans have an expression that goes “to all of my relations, the two-leggeds, the four leggeds, and the winged ones.”

Where do you experience this energy? How many paths will you experience as you seek Soul Mystery? How might you explore the great Mystery? How might the minerals, plants, animals, and other beings speak to you? May wholeness and soulfulness be your guiding lights. As you experience the transcendental energies, may your healing allow higher vibrations to affect those around you. You will find the journey to be exceptional, exciting, and moving. Your journey will enhance your emotional well being as well as your physical and spiritual unfolding. You will then have the opportunity to allow the gods and goddesses to remember you, and for you to remember them. You will know that “God is the one with a thousand names.” May Soul Mystery be your shining light.
